This Sunday we are releasing THINGS WE DON’T SAY: CRAFT BEER FOR MENTAL HEALTH. This project was created to help shift how we approach mental health by encouraging people to talk about their experiences and
feelings, both good and bad, and to demonstrate the importance of asking for help when we need it. Proceeds from THINGS WE DON’T SAY beer will be donated to the LIVIN Foundation. We are starting the day by participating in the Out of the Darkness Suicide Awareness Walk at Como Park Pavilion at 10:30am. We want to invite EVERYONE to join us for this important walk. We will then go back to the brewery for the beer release, food from Bill Green’s Bbq Co, and we will have guest speakers from a couple of our members talking about their experiences with mental health and resources for those struggling.
To participate in the walk, sign up at the link below, or you can register the day of the walk.
