Please welcome to the bunch, Spruce Juice! This beer drinks and feels like and IPA, but without all the bitterness that comes with one. For this ESB we used fresh Spruce Tips to give it a piney resin flavor, but it drinks very smooth and malty with a slight caramel and fruit finish.
We will be closing the taproom at 7:30pm tonight to comply with the city-wide curfew. Grab a pint and some Spruce Juice to go!
