We’re hosting a free women-led self-defense class this Saturday at 11AM in the B-Side Lounge as part of our International Women’s Day weekend. We’ll go over some practical safety tips, practice a few effective strikes (on pads), and learn simple grab defenses you can actually use.
International Women’s Day Self-Defense Class
Come with a friend, bring your daughter, or swing by on your own — all are welcome. Just wear comfortable clothes and bring a water bottle.
The class is free, with a suggested $10 donation benefiting Community Aid Network MN
